HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?
Transit time can take from 1 to 5 business days within the US, and up to 8 business days to Canada.

Please Note: FedEx and UPS do not count the day a package is sent as a shipping day. For example, an order shipped using UPS 3-Day Select service on Monday will typically arrive on Thursday.

CAN YOU GUARANTEE DELIVERY BY A CERTAIN DATE?
UPS is usually accurate in delivering on time, we cannot guarantee the date promised by the carrier. Once the package leaves the factory, the responsibility for the package delivery is between UPS and the customer.

We do provide you with the FedEx or UPS tracking number so that you can track your package at the FedEx or UPS website, and so that you can contact the carrier in case of a delivery delay or other delivery problem.
